Bryan Regier
Board Member
Bryan Regier serves as senior pastor of Woodland Community Church in Westboro, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Amanda, have served in discipleship and pastoral ministry in Tennessee, Germany, Iowa and Wisconsin. Bryan’s studies include New Testament Studies and Small Town and Rural Ministry at the masters and doctoral level, both at Dallas Theological Seminary. His passions include teaching, writing, pastoral care and anything related to creational theology in the outdoors where he keeps bees, gardens, makes maple syrup and coaches cross-country running. He and Amanda have four children ranging from elementary school up to college.

Craig Finlay
Board Member
Hometown: Winter Springs, FL
Bio: Craig Finlay works with EMU and other charitable organizations with a focus on helping others in need. Â Craig has operated as an entrepreneur, businessman and church leader for the last 30+ years with a focus on using his God given talents and resources to further the Gospel mandate to reach the world with the Gospel and to love others as ourselves. With 6 grown daughters, 10 grandkids and many more friends in family he stays busy but keeps his core mission always in focus- Reach the world, Help others in need, Love one another

Seth Scott
Board Member
Seth Scott serves as an associate professor of clinical counseling at Columbia International University, teaching in the master's of counseling program, directing the PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, and Co-Directing the Chinese MA in Clinical Counseling. Seth also runs a counseling private practice, Sunrise Counseling, focusing on clinical supervision, marriages, addiction, and identity development across the lifespan. With a wife as a ceramic potter and children in high school, Seth and his family seek to glorify God by serving their community and church and reflecting the overflow of His love well.

Katy Anderson
Board Chair
Katy Anderson spends most of her waking moments thinking about how she can keep exploited and at-risk girls safe from human traffickers. She is the Vice President of International for She Is Safe, a global non-profit that believes the girl child is a gift of God and works to keep girls and women free and equipped. She specializes in international development, savings groups, cross cultural partnership, issues affecting women and girls and fundraising.
Katy loves serving with EMU, standing with the Omanikors to bring hope and tangible help to people in Buikwe, Uganda.
A Californian by birth, Katy lives in Alpharetta, GA with her husband and children.

Jarid Sinkler
Board Member
Jarid Sinkler and his family previously served as missionaries to Uganda from 2017 to 2020. During this time, Jarid worked with Isaac Omanikor in what grew to be a strong and close friendship. Jarid and his wife Staci remain close with the Omanikor’s in their work at EMU. Beyond the mission field, God has chosen to sanctify Jarid’s family through foster care and adoption. After having two biological children, God laid a burden on his family to have several foster placements over the years, as well as two completed adoptions. The Sinklers host a small home church in Northern Colorado, where they continue to seek obedience to their Lord and conformity to His image. Jarid’s life verse and ambition is to live by Galatians 1:10.
